Ans: “Nature’s holy plan” refers to the pure, joyful and harmonious system created by nature. The poet observes flowers blooming, birds singing, twigs spreading and the gentle breeze blowing. All these elements of nature live and move in harmony and happiness. The poet believes that this peaceful arrangement is nature’s sacred plan. However, he feels sad because humans do not follow this divine harmony and instead create conflict and suffering.
